We are running the raised fund for Rakan Shopping Program.Rakan Shopping Program run by the Great Vision Charity Association an organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged communities. We are currently running a fundraising to support 20 low-income families from PPR Hicom who desperately need our help.These families have been selected based on their financial situation, and they receive grocery assistance to help alleviate some of the burden of their financial struggles. With your support, we can ensure that these families have access to basic necessities and improve their quality of life.We understand that times are tough for everyone, but the families we are supporting are facing unprecedented challenges. The ongoing pandemic has resulted in job losses, reduced income, and increased expenses. Pada tahun ini, kami mahasiswa/i dari kursus kesukarelawanan, Universiti Pendidikan Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) akan menganjurkan program Membina Jalinan Masyarakat: Inisiatif Sukarelawan UPSI Dengan Murid Orang Asli yang bertempat di Sekolah Kebangsaan Behrang, Perak.
Tujuan utama program kami adalah untuk memberi bantuan dalam pembangunan kemahiran sosial, kreativiti, dan keyakinan diri dalam kalangan murid-murid anak orang asli.
Kesannya, program ini akan memberikan motivasi yang baru kepada murid orang asli untuk kekal bersekolah dan merasakan kegembiraan sepanjang pembelajaran berlangsung.
Sepanjang program dijalankan, beberapa aktiviti telah dirancang yang mana semua aktiviti tersebut adalah berpusatkan kepada murid. Dengan ini, murid-murid mampu melatih diri untuk berkomunikasi dengan baik dan dapat membina bentuk semangat kerjasama yang cemerlang.
Oleh itu, aktiviti yang dijalankan adalah disasarkan kepada murid orang asli dari umur 6 hingga 12 tahun.
Dengan rendah hati, kami mengalu-alukan sumbangan orang ramai dengan seikhlas hati bagi memberi sumbangan dana agar program ini dapat berjalan lancar dengan jayanya.
Mari bersama- sama menyumbang agar dapat memberi tenaga dan impak yang positif kepada anak-anak di sana.

The main objective of our program is to provide assistance in developing social skills, creativity, and self-confidence among special/disabled person. As a result, this program will provide a fresh motivation for them to experience joy throughout the learning process.
Throughout the program, several activities have been designed, all of which are focused on the person. Through these activities, they will be able to improve their communication skills and build strong teamwork spirit.

Selain itu, kami ingin mengumpul dana sebanyak RM500 bagi menyediakan makan dan minum bersama anak-anak yatim di pertubuhan Ulul Azmi. 作为一名社工和义工，我们遇到了无数的贫困家庭，而最让我们心寒的是目睹了许多积极进取或有潜力的年轻人被剥夺了获得最佳教育体验的机会。由于家里与大学的距离遥远却选择了这机会。大学对来自 B40 家庭的学生来说是一件昂贵的事情。在某些情况下，上课根本不可能，因为更需要有限的钱来购买简单的必需品，例如租金、食物、水电费等。Didik-Kasih EduCare Program 是本协会的主要项目之一，该项目提供学习援助，旨在帮助潜在及希望继续高等教育的贫困小孩，为他们提供启动援助和十二个月的每月津贴，以支付他 / 她在学习期间的生活费用，以便他们能够专心学习。除此之外，宏愿慈善协会的另外一个慈善项目就是“陪购计划”(Shopping Buddy Program)，此项目是给予贫困家庭生活上所需要的物资。捐款多少不设限，您捐进来的每一分钱，我们都会无比感恩与珍惜。因为您的捐款可以让本协会能够持续帮助更多有需要被援助的弱势群体。The current COVID-19 outbreak, the recent Klang Valley floods, and the global economic downturn have driven many of the B40 communities even further into poverty and hardship. Many people are losing their daily salaries, putting them in an even more precarious position. Rakan Shopping Program steps in to provide a short-term solution to ensure that these B40 families living in PPR have access to safe and healthy meals every day.As social workers & volunteers, meeting countless poor families, what breaks our hearts most is to witness many highly motivated or potential youths are being robbed from the chance of them to get the best education experience possible. Living far away from Universities and Colleges means school becomes an expensive affair for students coming from the B40 community. Hi, I’m Munyan, I have a calling to help the needy community, and have a vision that everyone can join me in this journey.Long long time ago... (here comes the grandmother story but with a twist)At my teenage times, I was a lost soul like many of us now, living in my own world, not knowing what to expect where the future would bring me to. Yes, I was not born to be kind, caring or even know what it is like to help others. It’s a blessing to have met with my counsellor that literally changed my life (this is the twist part). She encouraged me the world needs a little more empathy.This leads me to pursue Psychology and stepping into this journey. I took a pause while writing this, asking myself did I do a good job in these 5 years? How can I do this better?The whispers in my ears hymns, ‘this is a lifelong profession, you’ll only be better’. My day job is to help someone in need (on food, education, health care needs). My night job is to help someone’s mind in need (on mental health needs).The tough day held me ponder, did humans create a system to make it hard for humans? The good day can be so simple as putting a smile on someone’s face.Throughout the journey, I'm humbled by how kindness works. I learned that the kindest people are often the ones that were once given help, and most of them are thankful and wish to pay it forward. “助”和“贫”，这两字相信是我们今年在媒体最常看到的字眼。因为疫情，让很多低收入的弱势群体陷入生活的窘境。因为疫情，社会涌现了很多的善心人士，在逆境中雪中送炭，帮助有需要的人。贫困是怎样的？我以前的想象就是，三餐不稳定，没有自己的交通工具和房子，没有储蓄，没有多余的钱购买自己想要的东西。早期参加了缅泰辽边界的慈善活动，加上这几年去了几个严重弱后的原住民村庄，以及常接触一些国内外弱势群体。我觉得以前的想象是多么的狭窄和无知，其实贫困所涉及身心灵的煎熬，会逐渐消耗自己对人生正面的积极与前进。贫困是可以被消除的，当然不能永远单靠慈善团体，最久远的实际方式是教育下一代的青年。辅青是我对于这个Didik Kasih Educare Program 的华语诠释，这计划是辅助来自孤儿院或者贫困家庭的好学青年有机会完成大学课程，未来可以独立开创自己的人生，将来也能以感恩的心回馈社会。慈善 = 一个机会，不管是给与或接受的人，都是机会的开沿。我希望透过这篇的书写，能鼓励大家发挥善心，支持明年Persatuan Harapan Mulia（宏愿慈善协会）的2个慈善项目- Rakan Shopping （陪购计划-捐赠日常用品给与贫困家庭） & Didik Kasih Educare Program（关爱教育助学金计划）捐款多少不设限，希望大家伸出援手，让这个机会的平台能够受惠更多需要的弱势群体。耕心慈善协会活动策划组长鄧妙慧启

大家好！我是来自巴生的Danny Tan认识我的人都知道我对于慈善总是默默的去施，默默的支持，也从不大事宣扬。因为总是觉得只要做好事，是不必让人知道的。在一个偶然的机会下，我看到了一则马云说“公益哲学”：低调做慈善，高调做公益。公益的职责就是唤醒每个人心中的善良，公益需要钱，但光有钱是远远不够的，公益是在于参与，是在于点点滴滴的行动。公益和慈善的不同恰恰在于：可以低调做慈善，但一定要高调做公益。因为慈善是个人的事，而公益在于唤醒，唤醒人内心的善良。慈善和公益是息息相关的，只要心中有爱，做公益、做慈善都是人生一辈子中最大的福报。
